Responsibilities
– Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop custom solutions on our software platform.
– Design, develop, and deploy software applications and integrations using best practices and industry standards.
– Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing guidance.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for platform improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback and requirements.
– Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and documentation efforts to ensure the reliability and usability of our solutions.
– Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in software development and customer support, and incorporate them into your work.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on developing solutions on top of platforms and providing customer support.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, or JavaScript.
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
– Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
